Nick is an Associate, based in Oxford, with over 20 years professional experience in a wide range of commercial property matters. He acts for a variety of private and commercial clients, providing valuation and marketing advice of all types of commercial property primarily within Oxfordshire. Prior to joining Carter Jonas in 2007, Nick spent time at Oxfordshire County Council, WS Atkins and Vodafone where he undertook the acquisition and management of Radio Base stations, including rent reviews and lease renewals throughout the UK. Outside work Nick is a keen golfer and member of North Oxford golf club and a qualified rugby coach forming part of the successful u13’s coaching team at Abingdon Rugby Club.

Guy is a Senior Commercial Surveyor, based in the Cambridge office. He is involved in the commercial management of property on behalf of a number of clients, including some of the Cambridge Colleges, private investors, family trusts and The Crown Estate. This role is broad ranging and includes advising on matters such as rent and service charge collection and administration, providing recommendations on lettings, sub-lettings, lease surrenders, disposals, acquisitions, as well as coordinating other parties such as surveyors, planners and refurbishment specialists. Outside work, Guy’s interests are renovating old properties, together with national hunt horseracing, as an amateur jockey. He also holds a permit to train family-owned horses.
